Hot Sauce

Made a nice batch of hot sauce with chillies and pumpkin from the garden (probably about equal amounts ended up getting combined). Also basil, parsley, and sage.

Chillies sautéd with onion, garlic and the herbs, then into the blender with pumpkin and added vinegar to achieve thick sauce consistency. (This recipe recommends using 'dill pickle juice' in hot sauce, which I now try to do for that extra bit of flavour).
